Excellent communication between their office, the technician and myself the customer. Quick troubleshooting the original problem which was then fixed. Also, did some additional analysis on a system that wasn’t his and flagged some problems I need to repair. Top notch service.

I have to say Sam is an amazing young man that really knows his work. He’s very respectful, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. Legacy is turning out to be a decent change for us.

Octavio Gonzales came to my house to check my heating unit that was under a service contract provided by Legacy Home Service, he was ver professional , courteous, and technical proficient. He checked both units under the contract and also flushed out drains.I am very satisfied with their install and maintenance of my units. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has AC/Heating units. They are dependable, timely and honest company. Mr Gonzales is a valuable asset to their company.
