“Maintenance Technician Mason Klarmann came to my home to service my AC unit. The thermostat on the unit was not functioning properly and the touch controls would not adhere to the commands. Mason one of technicians with Beluga came over and analyzed the situation. Basically a process of elimination to pinpoint the issue. After careful review he discovered the thermostat was the issue. I requested an industry standard Thermostat. Fortunately my warranty covered it. He Went back to his shop and brought what I requested. He did a Great job installing it but just as important he explained how the functions on the new thermostat worked. Downloaded the thermostat app on my phone. Even connected the thermostat to my ring doorbell. Top Technician Mason Klarmann!! 👍”
