We had an amazing experience with Comfort Techs and especially Benjamin!
Our AC fan suddenly stopped working in this Texas heat, and he came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and got us cooling again the same day. His professionalism and efficiency really stood out, but what we appreciated most was how clearly he explained everything without any pressure.
He walked us through our options, and after careful consideration, we decided to replace our older system with a new Daikin Fit. Benjamin also helped us secure 60 months with zero interest, which made the decision much easier and more manageable for our family.

Comfort Tech is top notch, they did an initial dryer vent cleaning service but did not get everything. I called them back and they came out with a camera and discovered there were birds nest deep inside the duct. They did remove the nests and now it’s all good. Although they did not do the initial job a 100%, they fixed their oversight and were very professional.
We had a great experience with the AC technician Jacob who came to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed us pictures so we could better understand what he was seeing and recommending.
What we appreciated most was that he never felt pushy, he simply provided suggestions and options while allowing us to make our own decisions. His honesty and professionalism really stood out. It definitely felt like someone we could trust, and we would absolutely welcome him back for future service at our home. Highly recommend!
