“One of the HVAC units on my house quit working last week. 19 years old and it was at the end of its life. Veteran Air recommended replacing the unit instead of putting good money in an old unreliable unit as they had done several service calls on this unit recently. They made me a very good proposal for replacing both of my HVAC units (the other unit was 19 years old and on its last leg as well). Today they installed both units. They arrived on time. 3 crews working, all very courteous and professional. They did excellent work and had both units up and running by late afternoon. I'm very happy with the service they did not only today but on several other service calls. I highly recommend.“

“They are very prompt. Within just a few hours after I called, their employee, Paul, was at my home checking on why the air wasn’t cooling from my a/c. He was extremely polite and respectful to me. He found the problem and explained to me in great detail what was wrong and the two ways I could choose to have it repaired. One way was the cheapest and would take care of the problem but he also gave me the option of a repair plus an additional part which would create greater preventive for this happening again. He made the repair and also checked my a/c unit for any other problems. He also suggested that I should have my a/c checked every six . months so this problem would be noticed and corrected before the loss of the cool air from my a/c. The price was reasonable and Paul was a complete gentleman and an excellent a/c repairman.“

“Quick review version: 1. Quick response. 2. Accurate diagnosis and repair 3. Reasonable cost.Longer review version:I woke up the other day, the COLDEST day of the year so far, to find that the furnace was not working. Of course it breaks down on the coldest day! Anyway, I was trying to remember the name of the company that had installed it 12 years ago, and drew a blank. Then I remembered that I had seen a Sherlock Homes truck in the neighborhood, and that his company is based in the area. So I went to the review page for Sherlock Homes Heating/AC and I was impressed, 5 stars overall. I read through and every one was very happy with their work - well, almost everyone. There were a couple of people who thought he was the worst person in the world, according to their reviews. It gave me pause, so I continued with his history, and it was 5 stars across the board.I put a lot of stock in online reviews, to me it’s pretty much the only way to see if a service company is legitimate or not. Their history, except for 2 or 3 reviews during one period, were outstanding, so I decided to take a chance and called them. Mr Denardis, the owner, answered and when I outlined my problem, told me he’d be out within the hour. That cheered me up, as my house was getting increasingly colder. He made it out within the hour and proceeded to work, and within 20 minutes had a diagnosis and a repair proposal that I found reasonable, and I asked him to go ahead with the repairs. Within 2 hours he had my system fixed and also completely inspected and the bottom line for repair and overall system inspection was less than it costs me to get a plumber to knock on my front door, much less fix anything.The furnace is now working great, and I’m very happy with Mr. Denardis’ work. I will not hesitate to use his company in the future. On a side note, Mr. Denardis is friendly and personable, and I guess some people were put off by that, to account for their critical review comments. If you want a reasonably priced furnace/AC repair by someone who takes his work seriously, but with a lighter touch in his customer dealings, I can recommend Sherlock Homes Heating/AC without hesitation!“
“The Fan Motor went outTony and Tommy came the day after we called. We're elderly , so no air is a little hard to handle. Plus our neighbor had flooded our side yard where the AC Fan is located and the mud was 6 inches deep. They found the problem immediately and had one in stock. They went to pick it up and were back right away and fixed it pronto!! I love Tony and Tommy (and Charlie)!! The AC is back to normal, we keep it around 78 in the house, but if someone has a "hot flash" we might lower it a degree or 2. God Bless the Samaniego Company. “I hav a very rare air filter size on one of my ac returns in my house, couldn't find anywhere ,and then I remembered about this place that I pass by everyday back of my neighborhood, so I looked them up on line after hours, and sure enough they carried them, I ordered a box of 12 of them , and they not only had them , but 3 choice s to choose from . I made an order of the ones that I liked ,paid for them on line, got a email back from them on my phone email,and next morning drove by,picked them up ,that easy and hav been using them ever since ,I chose the medium ones ,and they r fNtDtic filters ,I've never been more satisfied with the filters then I am with those ,all i can say is, for the price and the convenience, the quality of the filters ,I am totally happy with them,nowadays finding everything is fantastic with that company i just laugh , u can't find anything good any more in almost any company's any more, no costumer satisfaction is a rear thing to find anymore ,1 company that still does make u happy tht u found them and used them ,good luck finding that anore in the USA God bless and hav a great day everyone!
