Doctor Kris Owens and his staff are the most efficient professionals I have ever known. Their warm and friendly manner is very comforting. Their State of the Art equipment is second to none. If you are going to have Implant Surgery, Owens Periodontics is the only place to go. Every time I had a concern about my implants, they took me right in and properly diagnosed the situation. Doctor Owens explained everything that was going on in my mouth to me in easy to understand language. Everyone of his staff treated me as if I was the only patient they had. Thanks to them, I now have a smile that I am proud of.

Nice place and great experience! Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, plus they have Saturday appointments! I’ve been seen by both their dentists, and they both explained things in detail and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. Seeing the dentist has always caused me anxiety, and while the anxiety is still there, their professionalism and friendliness made it so much easier!
We took our 5-year-old for his very first dentist appointment, and although he was a little nervous at first, the experience couldn’t have gone better. The dental assistant was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain each tool and how it worked. I believe children often feel nervous about things they don’t understand, and by explaining everything in such a fun and engaging way, she made him feel comfortable—and even excited.
Dr. Matson was just as wonderful. He was patient, gentle, and turned the whole visit into an enjoyable experience. The facility itself is clearly designed with kids in mind, with two themed rooms that are both thoughtfully decorated and full of fun details.
We recently went back for his 6-month follow-up, and it was just as fantastic as the first visit. The same kindness, patience, and fun atmosphere made our son feel right at home again. We left with a happy child who’s already looking forward to his next appointment.

I've lived in the Austin area for 18 yrs now, and have had my share of braiding stylists. These ladies, by far, take the cake. My primary stylist, Dorcas, was very meticulous and gave me the perfect wedding hair. Extra bonus, my scalp isn't sensitive or sore whatsoever. Never had this happen before either. I've never been more impressed with my hair than I am now. If I ever need braiding services again, it will be here. They're on time (even though I wasn't?), professional, very nice and accommodating. The owner even offered to come in Sunday night (when they're not open) to style my hair so it'd be fresh for my wedding on Monday. That's what I call going above and beyond!

I have been getting my hair braided for years by different people. I moved to the area over a year ago and was blessed to find Henry! Henry has been the absolutely best braider I’ve ever had. Friendly, professional and gifted! My hair is always finished in 3 hours or less!!!! I’m talking about a head full of twist or box braids down my back.

This shop gives some great cuts, however a couple of the barbers can be fairly immature and disingenuous. The passive aggressive type. So come here for a top notch cut but be prepared for a highschool type of environment with the attitude.

Each time I’ve visited Austin, I’ve stopped to see Mike. His experience in cosmetology as well as being a talented barber is rare to find now-a-days in my opinion. Almost every single barber I’ve had, always has issues cutting my straight hair and looks choppy. Mike, delivers every time and I’m relieved to have a barber around the corner when I move to Austin full time.

I requested a flowback old style haircut and Brian delivered. The entire experience was amazing. I came during my lunch break and it felt like I went home and took a nap and came out looking new. I have used Amber for YEARS for my permanent eye liner and brows. Her professionalism and humor make you feel at ease, but her product speaks for itself. The healing process after has never looked like what other’s have described, it seemed easier: I followed her directions carefully and have never experienced flaking and the color has only very slightly faded before coming through fully. Amber’s lines are precise and she does a fantastic job customizing each job to the customer’s face. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Ashleigh for almost 2 years now and I cannot recommend her enough! She has done balayage, haircuts, deep conditioning treatments, and event makeup. I consider my hair to be “special” (I suppose we all do) because I am biracial and it is super curly but very fine and I found previous hairdressers to have a hard time cutting my natural curly hair whether it is wet or dry. Usually the layers are off or it still ends up being uneven and the shape flat. But Ashleigh absolutely knows what she is doing and not only does my hair look and feel the best it has ever been, it is healthier and growing like a weed. I came in with virgin hair that hadn’t been chemically processed in over 10 years and she used a very gentle color system to add a gorgeous golden balayage to my dark hair that I get complimented on DAILY! She also uses very high quality products in fact, her Kuene curly shampoo and conditioner is all I use now at home and my two teen girls use it too and I can see true changes in the health of their hair as well. Oh, and the makeup she does is fabulous, I wanted something super natural looking and she used airbrush to create a flawless elevated look based on my skin tone and outfit. If you are looking for a 10 out of 10 professional makeup artist or hair stylist, she is the IT!
Great experience! You can always tell a good style when you can make your style look as amazing at home as it did in the shop. I grabbed a wax while I was there and she was great. It’s a smaller space and I didn’t see any wash bins but that doesn’t mean they weren’t there. She just wet washed mine. Check her out. She does not disappoint.

Dave is absolutely phenomenal! My skin hasn't ever looked this great before. I've done almost every service he offers- from microneedling, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, to skin tightening. He is very light handed with his tools and I've never bled from a service. Aside from his superb work, he educates you about each service, always gives you information for aftercare, and is very honest. I've been seeing Dave since November and am definitely a customer for life!

Not only is the owner very involved in lovely, My therapist, Sonya was extremely knowledgeable, helped educate me, and was an absolute hoot. I laughed my whole treatment! I learned a lot about my health and how my Lymphatic system worked. She Even taught me how to do exercises at home in between my therapy sessions. The next day, I could tell a big difference in my fluid retention! 100% recommend this as part of your self-care routine.

Went in for a consult for a cover up, not really knowing what I wanted other than to have my previous tattoo completely gone. Johnny went through some flash books with me to find my style and we landed on a piece in no time. From start to finish Johnny was professional, knowledgeable, and great company throughout. 3 sessions and 10 hours later I left with a piece I couldn't be more happy with. Highly recommend this shop.
Water pressure is low. Contacted a few plumbers, and Plumb & Order won out as expected with very compatible quote. The technician arrived on time as scheduled, quickly identified the root cause and fixed, and cleaned up upon completion. My system backs to normal. He then educated me about the local water supply system. Thank you, Plumb & Order.

Came home from a long weekend to a leaking water heater and I have no clue how to fix it. My wife went to social media and was referred to Austin Area Plumbing. I called them up and they were able to come out the following day. I did try calling the plumbers that originally worked on our house but they couldn’t come out for 2 or 3 days later. Garrett showed up from AAP the next day and was really nice and explained what he had to do, he was to replace the leaking expansion tank. I can’t express how nice Garrettt was and he also fixed the angle of the expansion tank which was hitting the wall next to the water heater.. We will definitely call AAP for future plumbing issues.

I'd called The Plumbinator a few years ago when there was a mysterious puddle of water in our master bedroom closet. They quickly found the leak inside the wall, fixed it, and all was well--for a very reasonable price!
Fast-forward to last week. We had water dripping into our pantry, directly below our master bathroom. I called The Plumbinator without a second thought. The guys came by, took one look, and said it was mostly likely the wax ring beneath the toilet. Since that's something I'm comfortable replacing, I declined their estimate.
But they didn't just leave. They gave me a few pointers (don't buy those silicone rings, go extra-wax if possible) and said if it still leaked after that, they'd come back ASAP to take a deeper dive into what could be a larger problem. But their own first step would be replacing the wax ring. And then, since I’d been a prior customer and this just took a few minutes en route to another stop nearby, they didn’t charge a service fee for this visit! I really appreciated that.
Turns out it was the wax ring. They were right. I got the repair done myself for under $20.
I just appreciate the honesty--not tryin’ to just make a buck, pushing their doing the wax ring replacement or cutting into the floor/ceiling unnecessarily, or charging a service fee for just a few minutes' conversation.
The Plumbinators' fun name is why I called them years ago. Their service on that first project made me a customer. And their lack of pushing unnecessary work on me this time has just reinforced that I'll be calling them again whenever I have another plumbing problem.

I recently hired BAE Electric to install light fixtures in my kitchen. They arrived on-time and ready to get to work. What I really appreciated was that they asked for my thoughts on the height of the fixtures and provided recommendations on the standard lengths most people tend to use. Before permanently installing the fixtures they asked me whether the length looked good, so I felt like they were doing their best to make sure I was as happy as possible, which I certainly was. Tito is very knowledgeable in Solar and did the job that we discussed and agreed upon. He installed a combiner box and moved the previous Solar installers ‘ugly’ conduit work-which wasn’t needed. Tito’s work is clean and now my house looks as it did when I bought it. Reasonable prices for the services provided. Called many electrical companies and none had any solar knowledge or experience. Will use Tito again for my electrical needs. I highly recommend this young man, now a days trust is crucial and Tito provides.

This is the second time we have used Matt, and we're glad we did. We had a large building fire (4 units) and needed a lot of work to be done and upgraded to current codes. As in the past, Matt was responsive, professional, and detailed in his timely bid. His electricians were friendly and hard-working. Matt's knowledge of the City's current electrical code requirements was extremely helpful in getting the 4 units through electrical inspections without a hitch. His attention to detail really made a difference. Though clearly very busy with other jobs, he was able to meet our timeline to get our tenants back in their flats. His pricing, though not inexpensive, was fair and reasonable for a job well done.

This company handles the pest control at my apartment complex, Tramor Oak Run and they’re basically just trap setters. We’ve had rodents in our apartment for the entire two years we’ve lived here because all they do is set traps and sometimes they catch one but it does nothing to solve the problem. I always ask them if they can find out how the rodents are getting in and start there but they basically just shrug their shoulders. I even show them spots where I think they could be getting in but they never do anything about it, they just set traps
Update: The new technician they sent handled the problem and got us rodent free for the first time since moving in. Can’t remember his name but he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The complete opposite of the techs they sent in the past. Changed my review to 5 stars

I witnessed bees coming in and out of the weep holes in the brick on the side of my house. I did try calling another business that didn’t call back. I found Oakley online and gave them a call.
Randy told me up front what he might need to do to get them out and that possible cost. He was able to come by fairly quickly. We didn’t observe any bees coming out at that time. He was able to test and determine that those were probably just scouting bees and didn’t like my space thankfully. Randy was very nice and efficient! Highly recommend this company for your bee removal services!

Chaz was super smart and told me what most of my accidental trees were (I inherited a fence line full of trees when I bought my house) but my main problem was a 30-40 foot hackberry hanging over my power/cable lines. When Roy and his crew came out they were so nice and got up in the tree quick and started getting the branches down. We couldn’t look away it was fascinating to watch! I don’t typically recommend companies to my job but I sent their info to my bosses to use A Good Morning Tree Service when we need them. Hopefully, we can build a good working relationship because I have so many more trees that need help. :)

They have this really cute assistant who always takes great care of me and she looks like Jodi Foster. Stacy is an awesome hygienist that is not rough at all and makes the cleaning go by super fast. We took our 5-year-old for his very first dentist appointment, and although he was a little nervous at first, the experience couldn’t have gone better. The dental assistant was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain each tool and how it worked. I believe children often feel nervous about things they don’t understand, and by explaining everything in such a fun and engaging way, she made him feel comfortable—and even excited.
Dr. Matson was just as wonderful. He was patient, gentle, and turned the whole visit into an enjoyable experience. The facility itself is clearly designed with kids in mind, with two themed rooms that are both thoughtfully decorated and full of fun details.
We recently went back for his 6-month follow-up, and it was just as fantastic as the first visit. The same kindness, patience, and fun atmosphere made our son feel right at home again. We left with a happy child who’s already looking forward to his next appointment.

I recently visited Dr. Harris, at Family Wellness at Teravista - Round Rock, Tx, after struggling with persistent, radiating sciatic pain and low back pain. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The office was clean and had a calming atmosphere, which helped ease my nerves.
Dr. Harris took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained the treatment process, took x-rays/pictures, tested my range of motion and trigger points, and answered all of my questions. The adjustment itself was gentle yet effective—I felt immediate relief after just one session. Over a few visits, my range of motion improved and my pain decreased significantly. I have completed my treatment phase and have transitioned into maintenance. I have never felt better after a long day at work!

Of all the things I tried to fix my back injury, Dr. Kellins’ MyACT was the only thing that actually improved my pain. After just 2 visits, I am almost completely back to a normal lifestyle. I visited Round Rock Animal Hospital yesterday for my dog's chronic coughing and current respiratory issues. Dr. McConkey was so kind and careful with my very anxious dog, and I really appreciated that he listened to my concerns and wasn't rushing me out, which happens so often at doctor offices these days. He gave me some options, and even checked on some specialist costs for me. I was also surprised at the cost of the entire visit--it was much less than I was expecting. I also love that RRAH is so close to my home. Highly recommended!

The doctors and staff are polite, courteous and knowledgeable, and provided me with good info. (I Found an abandoned kitten, later on doctor's suggestions, I found the mom and returned the kitten to her. I had to do that 3 diff. times...they're all happy know).

They were recommended by a friend, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve taken my toy poodle, Blue, to several groomers in the past, but I was never fully satisfied, either they cut too much or left her hair too long. But with Dakota, Blue came out perfect. It’s been five days since her grooming and her coat is still incredibly soft.
They took their time and were so gentle and patient, which means a lot because grooming has always been a bit traumatic for Blue. Since her visit with Dakota, she lets me brush her every day with no problem. that’s a first!

Waggin Tails is not only an excellent option for grooming, where your doggie gets salon attention! It is also a great place to board your sweetie. I just returned home from a month long trip. My precious pup was well feed and cared for while I was away. I could tell that she loved Marc, and that she was happy and peaceful during her stay.Marc takes great pride in the care and attention he gives to his clients. He is warm and friendly and shows an absolute love for the pets under his charge. I highly recommend him and his service!!!
We love taking our dogs into Woof Gang to pick out a few treats. Our pup's favorite treats are the soft little hearts. We also turn to them for dog birthday cakes as they have the cutest ones! The staff even write your dog's name on the cake holder if you request it. The store is always clean and well stocked with pet supplies and pet splurges, if you're into that. We have not tried the grooming yet, but my dog tries to go back there every time! The staff at the desk are sweet and always redirect her with a treat. All the groomed dogs come out looking so posh, so we'll be trying it out soon.
I was gifted the opportunity by my husband to do a drop in of this yoga meditation class and i was beyond grateful and impressed!! First time trying any form of yoga, I’m also 31 weeks pregnant and Jessica is the instructor and she was the sweetest and most caring person! She accommodated me when necessary during the class and made sure i was comfortable!! I will definitely be returning this was much needed for my mental and some alone ME time!!! Thanks to husband for the set up and execution and thanks to Jessica and her team Amanda for caring genuinely!!

Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a service that truly exceeded my expectations, all thanks to the new management and new ownership at the University location. I pointed out a small hazard with one of the saunas and before I finished my session, the small issue was already being repaired. It wasn't a major problem, and I truly did not think they would get to it that quickly. I was very impressed with such quick response. It is clear that a fresh approach has been implemented by this new team. The attention to detail is remarkable – no aspect of the customer experience was overlooked. It is evident that the new management truly cares about the quality they provide. It's refreshing to see a team that focuses on the finer details without sacrificing the bigger picture. I will say that coming to Amber for my post surgery massages has been a game changer. After getting surgery with Dr. Jung (Jung Money) I visited 7 places in San Antonio to continue my post recovery lymphatic massages and I was so disappointed with every place I went. After contacting Dr. Jung, he recommended Amber. It came to see her and my results have been amazing! I’m willing to drive from San Antonio to see her because she is truly the best! I came to her East Austin Location so is easy access to the freeway. I would recommend her work to anyone! Her place is clean and welcoming, so relaxing and she has all the equipment to make a post Op person be comfortable for massages. She uses different techniques depending on what she determines you need. She is amazing!!! So glad I found her!

The place.to go to if you want or need a release for tight muscles. Both Courtnee and Ginnie are amazing. They are both deep tissue, so if that is not your style then beware. However, when they are done and you get off the table, it's exactly what your body didnt know it needed!!
One of the best massages I've ever had, and one of the cheapest. Deanna did great. She actually massages the full 90 minutes, instead of like most places that include your consultation and dressing time in with the 90 minutes, so that was really nice. You could feel the love and care in her touch, which was really nice too. You could tell she wasn't just going through the motions. The draping wasn't totally proper so if you're shy, just know you might feel a breeze where you shouldn't lol. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back!

Was hit by a car and referred here by my family physician. Awesome place, never believed in therapy prior but since I covered by insurance and was hurting, figured every shot was worth it. Definitely was. I've been to a few others before and this was easily the most wonderful place; others felt like a 9-5 office. This location even accepts insurance and lawyer coverage!
I worked with Chris over the span of some 2 months, started with no range of movement and just walked out of my last session like normal and with zero pain. Owe some of it to my body's natural recovery but most to Chris and the team at Results. Wonderful customer service experience with the front desk and everyone was kind and friendly. Chris even taught me how to deadlift which I still do to the gym to this day.

I tried to find an opening with texas DMV but the wait times were ridiculous, I called Austin Driving School and was able to schedule my road test 3 days later. The route is good, I booked with Jackson and he was very nice, he talked to me during the road test which made me much calmer. He even said I should be a EMT for how i drove. I ended up passing with a 99 and I couldn’t recommend enough. the processing time was fast and people were very nice. 5/5 experience
