Took a chance here since my regular place was super busy that day, and they turned me away. The location is not super fancy place but very homey and welcoming. The ladies here have great customer service. My technician was very knowledgeable and gave me options for my nails. She was very knowledgeable and payed attention to detail. I’m very satisfied with my nails and happy with the customer service experience . I will be coming back.

Quality of work is great, but the atmosphere is that of a weird sweatshop. No music, no real interaction between staff and customers, and interaction only between the staff. Some of the staff were somewhat rude and commanding. Overall, if you want to enter a different world, get great nails, and possibly get slapped around a bit while the staff giggles, this place will be a 5/5 for you.
