Dwayne the owner and Chris, the guy who does the work, know what they're doing. They show up when they say they will and the work gets done right. Chris was just here to fix a faulty pilot/burner assembly on a hot water heater they installed last year. They warrantee their work and stand by it.
Had a busted line to an outdoor water bib. Service was friendly and repair done quickly. I was surprised by the added dispatch charge at checkout after I was quoted a different price for repair. I assumed when I asked how much the repair was going to cost a dispatch fee would have been added into that quote. Can't really fix anything without a dispatch. JustUs was very understanding when I brought this to their attention. You really don't find exceptional service like this anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough. Honest and Fair.
Called a few places for a late night weekend emergency. The shower handle broke while taking a shower and could no longer turn off water. Called a few places but this was the first to respond within a few minutes. The gentleman tried a couple things while video chatting. He dispatched a tech within 30 minutes and was able to get it fixed right away. As long as your stuff is Moen brand they carry parts with them. Had to pay extra because of after hours and weekend but nothing you can do on an emergency.
