Whatever your experience with massage has been in the past, forget about it. Teen Welch is the real deal! I have been going to her now for just 4 treatments. My neck pain is gone.... totally gone! And my lower back pain is much better. Her attention to detail as well as her knowledge about how each muscle group and ligament group work together is incredible. And she augments her treatments with good advice on stretching, hydration and supplements. I don't know about relaxation massage, but if you are looking for someone to correct long-standing, chronic pain, then you should talk to Teena. She understands that none of our problems occurred overnight and she is incredibly patient at correcting what have been habits of many, many years. Thank you Teena for the progress I have made already. And i KNOW that I will make even more in the coming months.

Had an awesome session of bodywork with Teena when I was in town last week. Her myofascial release worked wonders and she gave me some amazing scar work as well. Will definitely try to have an appt when I am in town.
