We switched our go to AC company about a year ago when our AC failed during the peak heat of summer. We called our “go to” company and they said that they’d be here in a little over a week. I called Thayer based on a neighborhood facebook recommendation and they came and fixed our issue within 3 hours. A year later, today, we had another failure and Thayer sent Noah out within 2 1/2 hours of my call to them. Our AC was up and running again with a short, 30 minute visit. I highly recommend Thayer Air Conditioning! They performed a system health check at a very reasonable price and provided excellent service from start to finish.
Noah was polite, friendly, and professional. He arrived on time, completed the inspection efficiently, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. While they do offer a maintenance program, there was absolutely no sales pressure, which I greatly appreciated!
