I've used Thayer for a number of years to service my home units. I needed their help to balance the air flow throughout the house. Eric performed various tests in each room and made adjustments in some of the ducts to redirect some of the air to rooms that needed more air flow. Eric is an excellent communicator and has years of experience to solve most problems.The owner of Thayer Air Conditioning, Chris Thayer, has on occasion personally come to my home to assess how to make my system more efficient. Wow, excellent! Eric was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to believe but the price they gave me was $4232 Less than a quote I got from our previous company. And now I have my air conditioner works beautifully. I highly recommend this company and its staff.

Called with concern & questions about my air conditioning units, in the early afternoon- and there was someone at my door ready to help me with my problems that same day.Within an hour or so I had both of my units cleared and cleaned out and one fixed to great working order.JR explained to me the problems and explained how they needed to be fixed and he did so on the same day.Awesome smart professional staff and very patient with all my questions.Thanks AgainCarrie C.
