“Customer service on the phone was very kind and professional. I did not need to be home for the backflow to be checked. They left a hang tag on the door stating that they had come. I called the Texas Water Co. to make sure that they had received notification that the test had been done by GMR and they had already received it. I was able to pay through my email once the bill was sent by GMR. They even sent me a picture of my backflow. It was easy to pay, and I feel that their price was good especially as compared to the other bids I got. I hope that the price and service stays as is. Thank you for excellent service!“

“Atlas Plumbing replaced a water heater within 5 days of their diagnosis. They were timely, courteous, and made sure the job was properly done and up to code. A couple days after the water heater was installed, one of the toilets coincidentally clogged. We called another plumber who couldn't unclog it and told us that it would require taking the entire toilet out at a charge of $400. We called Atlas right after that plumber came out, and they were kind enough to squeeze in a last minute look. They easily spotted the problem, got it unclogged within 5 minutes, and the most impressive thing of all was that they didn't charge a dime for the trip out nor the unclogging!! Louis said he just wanted to do the right thing, instead of trying to squeeze more money out of me. That alone just speaks volumes to their character. We definitely recommend their crew!“

I called A&A Plumbing to come give me an estimate and Mario and Kobe came out to take a look and estimate how big the job was.Among the three vendors that I had come to give me an estimate, they seemed like the most knowledgeable and were definitely the most courteous and professional. They gave me a quote that was reasonable so I asked them to do the job.They scheduled me in very quickly and had both the hot and cold water lines rerouted through the wall within 4 hours. I couldn't believe it. I had another plumbing company here in town do a similar job four years ago and it took them all day.If you are considering them to do work on your property, you can't go wrong with A&A. In particular, we had Mario, Kobe, Hailey, and Matt come out, and they were all fantastic. Mario told me they also do air conditioning, so I'll be using them for that when it comes time.Fantastic group! So glad I found them!“
