I have been eyeing getting a new AC for the last few years, as my 25 year old unit had been requiring increasingly frequent maintenance and part replacement. Last year, I hired Atlas AC to replace my broken air conditioning unit with a heat pump. The price was reasonable, the work was done well, and the handling of our service needs was very nice and professional. This winter (2026), the unit shook a lot, scaring my tenants. I had Atlas AC come to the house and investigate it, for free because it was still under warranty. The tech Jose was very informative, informing me that the shaking is unavoidable and why it occurs.
