“AC went out. Outside unit was humming, but fan was not spinning. Called Ken early in the morning and he showed up within an hour. No scheduling for an appointment days later as other places quoted.
He showed up and had me walk him to the unit. He was quick to assess the issue. Tested the capacitor and showed me the blade! It was rusted and difficult to moved by hand. He was transparent about the issue (new motor needed) and made a few calls to pick-up the part. AC is much quieter now and we're no longer sweating and resorting to room fans circulating warm air in this Texas heat! Thanks for coming to the rescue Ken!“

He provided estimate and I took a week so that I can get other estimates from other 5 star reviewed AC installers. After that it was no brainer to go with Britton who provided professional, and no pressure service. I made sure their estimate is honest by checking online also. I did not need to haggle with the cost as I found it be reasonable. Everything was done very smoothly. Jon Britton also went over the system and answered all my questions. “I had a really good experience overall. Lucky for me my AC compressor died right before it cooled off for winter and I had no rush to get it replaced. I worked with John Cantu and he was great giving me many different options from several different manufactures. I had lots of questions from my research and he was always helpful and responded quickly. I never felt like I was being upsold and their price was actually cheapest I received. Other companies I got quotes from made me feel like I invited a used car salesman into my house. I got a completely new AC/Heater and air handler for a reasonable price. I didn't have to wait long for the installation and it was done in a single day. The plenum ducting above my air handler was much better than my previous installation, and they upgraded my gas line from a flex pipe to a hard pipe as required by current code. The wiring was also much tidier than before. I was going to pay cash for the system but with my credit score they were able to get me 0% down 0% financing over 1 year so I went with the financing. I had a good experience and recommend them.“

“I wish there was a sixth star option. We have a commercial location in Lakeway. We discovered the blower motor was dead and had little hope of being open for clients. Liberty squeezed us in between appointments, diagnosed the issue and had it resolved within a couple hours. Can’t promise they can fix every issue in a few hours, I can say they were fast and fair and I set up our other businesses to be maintained by them in the future. 100% happy customer.“

“Tech at Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating was great. He arrived on time, and completed the summer a/c Ck. He put on the shoe covers each time he entered. He changed both filters but left dirty one in hvac closet. Unfortunately when he changed upstairs unit filter only accessible by ladder he must hv left dirty one up there, did not bring box down so I hv no info to get next one.“
