“After scheduled service call to replace my AC unit last Thursday. Everything was fine. Unexpectedly yesterday afternoon my AC was not cooling. Place in a call first thing this morning and they had a technician (Jerry) at my place by 10:00. With the current level of heat, I know they must be inundated with service calls, and yet I was placed as a high priority. The leak in the refrigerant line was repaired quickly and at no cost. Jerry was also the technician last week and quickly identified the issue and resolved it at no cost other than what I had paid at the time of installation of the new unit.

Five stars for both Jerry and Air Zone! I would highly recommend both.

Our A/C stopped working last night—in July, in Texas. Our regular HVAC company, which installed our system and provides our monthly maintenance plan, had us scheduled for a 5:00 PM appointment but called around 4:00 PM to cancel and reschedule.

I called The Coolest at 4:45 PM. They had a technician at our house by 6:00 PM, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had our A/C running again in about 20 minutes. Fast, professional, honest service when we needed it most. They’ve definitely earned our business going forward. Highly recommend.“

“I got a hot water recirculation pump with a crossover valve installed on my tankless water heater. Before getting this installed, it took 2 minutes to get hot water to my bathroom. Now it takes about 5 seconds. The price charged was fair and the -lumber was very thorough. I’m very happy with the service.“
