On the day of my scheduled appointment for a complete AC/Heating inspection, I was contacted by the A+ office saying that their technician will be at our address in 20 minutes.Charles, an experienced technician that I had at a previous appointment, was on time and announced for what he was scheduled to complete. Following his inspection of two AC units, he expertly and clearly explained and revealed his findings. After asking me if I was using my phone to control the existing Ecobee thermostat and acknowledging my response, he volunteered to help me download the application for the Ecobee thermostat which had been previously placed by them. Andee has been a great help. She patiently answered my questions over the installation with a cheerful attitude. And I called often. She really made a great effort to meet my needs as a customer. She kept the process going smoothly. And really all of the staff have been professional, considerate and nice.

Greg, Josh and Andee were very helpful and attentive during the entire process getting through the Energy loan program with the City of Austin. The Lennox unit they installed is so quiet and my utility bills dropped significantly after they installed my new unit and more insulation in my attic. A great experience all around.
