The Coolest JUST finished up a new HVAC install for us and I just want to say, they are AWESOME. First of all, they're a local company with amazing technicians - support your local businesses! Willie and his entire crew of three awesome dudes made sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. There was an issue with the unit that they resolved so effectively. One thing that I have to call out - we had initially added an attic insulation install as part of our package. Once they got up there, they realized that there was already plenty of insulation and informed us of the situation, and that we really didn't need any additional insulation up there. Awesome company right here. We had a bad experience with ABC home and commercial and we got pretty jaded about hvac companies in general. Enter in The Coolest, wow. Reece is an amazing tech, but more importantly, an honest hard working person. This company is going places if they can find more people like Reece (knowledgeable, capable, honest and great at communicating). Thank you for the great service at The Coolest!

100% recommend. Reece helped tune up my 12 yr old system which could use work on a few things as preventative maintenance. He took his time to walk me through each issue and multiple different approaches to solve the problems - gave real honest feedback to me. 0 high pressure sales of any kind, just laid out options for future service that are not necessarily urgent right now. Back office billing and scheduling person was super friendly too
