“When our air gave out last week our home warranty company (American Home Shield) assigned our service request to Aloha AC and Heating. We have an old AC system that has been repaired and patched numerous times which can make new problems difficult to diagnose and fix. Despite this, Matt and Gino thoroughly and methodically went through our system and were able to narrow down the issue to a faulty component in our furnace - they made a special trip to get the needed replacement part and had our system up and running shortly thereafter. This is the second time in a couple of years that we've had Aloha AC and Heating work on our system and our previous experience with them was excellent as well. They are very professional, knowledgeable, persistent with their troubleshooting, and were very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

** UPDATE **: After this last AC breakdown that was fixed, we decided to purchase a new HVAC system through our home warranty company which Aloha AC & Heating installed. Their installation crew was friendly, professional, and got the new system installed in a little over 4 hours which minimized our downtime without air conditioning (very much appreciated). Very pleased with the new system and with Aloha's service!“
