“Last year, I hired Atlas AC to replace my broken air conditioning unit with a heat pump. The price was reasonable, the work was done well, and the handling of our service needs was very nice and professional. This winter (2026), the unit shook a lot, scaring my tenants. I had Atlas AC come to the house and investigate it, for free because it was still under warranty. The tech Jose was very informative, informing me that the shaking is unavoidable and why it occurs. He checked the balance of the unit and the fan to ensure they were up to standards. Then, he went above and beyond by setting the thermostat to automatically turn off the air pump when the temperature outside is below 30°f, and instead use the furnace, giving me piece of mind. Our A/C stopped working last night—in July, in Texas. Our regular HVAC company, which installed our system and provides our monthly maintenance plan, had us scheduled for a 5:00 PM appointment but called around 4:00 PM to cancel and reschedule.

I called The Coolest at 4:45 PM. They had a technician at our house by 6:00 PM, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had our A/C running again in about 20 minutes. Fast, professional, honest service when we needed it most. They’ve definitely earned our business going forward. Highly recommend.“

“I got a hot water recirculation pump with a crossover valve installed on my tankless water heater. Before getting this installed, it took 2 minutes to get hot water to my bathroom. “As usual, Elton did a great job! He has been to my home to check my gas heater and air conditioner for many years. Because of his attention to detail the working life of my older unit has been extended by at least a couple of years. Today, Elton did routine winter maintenance, checked for gas leaks, changed the filter and did a small repair on the unit. He is always professional, polite and friendly. I took advantage of signing up for the spring and winter checkups for next year to secure a place in line. When it comes time to replace my air conditioner and gas heater I will get Elton’s input and already plan on having him do the installation.“
