“On the day of my scheduled appointment for a complete AC/Heating inspection, I was contacted by the A+ office saying that their technician will be at our address in 20 minutes.Charles, an experienced technician that I had at a previous appointment, was on time and announced for what he was scheduled to complete. Following his inspection of two AC units, he expertly and clearly explained and revealed his findings. After asking me if I was using my phone to control the existing Ecobee thermostat and acknowledging my response, he volunteered to help me download the application for the Ecobee thermostat which had been previously placed by them. That included drilling several 300' deep holes to use the earth as a water source and connecting a water loop from them to the Condenser. They also installed a new air handler and upgraded the ducting there. Overall, we're very pleased the system and their performance.“
