“Garner is a professional outfit, and their people are always respectful, knowledgeable, and careful. They've got great people on their team, including Max Bethke and newcomer Omar Hernandez. Leonard recently stopped by for a system checkup and spent a long time making sure the system was clean, charged, and operating properly, and then he ensured that all drain lines were clear. It was a pleasure having Leonard in our home, as is always the case with Garner techs. I tend to loathe paying for subscriptions, but the $199 annual fee that Garner charges for two checkups a year is to me very worth it. We've got a new system so the techs usually don't find much in the way of a malfunctioning unit, but it can be the little things (plugged drain lines, leaf buildup inside the condenser, etc.) that can add up to big repairs down the line. Those maintenance visits catch the little things and ensure our HVAC system can withstand the next heat wave or Snowpocalypse.
