“I called right before closing at 9 PM because my mother and her husband both elderly late seventies/early eighties had their air conditioning go out and the thermostat was showing 89ﾟ. The technicians were unavailable so William, the owner offered to come out and look at it himself. He had an idea about what part might have gone bad and he brought the part with him, he installed it, and we were cooling in less than 5 minutes. He didn't even charge us an emergency fee.. We are so grateful to him coming out at such a late hour. Very much appreciated! We cannot say enough!“
