Downstairs system was not switching to cooling mode. Tech arrived promptly - diagnosed and fixed issue quickly. Very informative discussion on situation as diags proceeded to resolution.

Junior was outstanding! He arrived on time, was considerate and professional. I appreciate that he wore shoe covers to protect our floors, and was so kind to our little dog.He explained what he was doing throughout the AC check, and gave great tips for summer maintenance. He also checked our outdoor unit and found our hard start kit needed to be replaced. I had been worried about our older unit, knowing a hot summer is coming soon. I was so relieved that he addressed this and replaced it now; no one wants to wait for parts to arrive when it’s over 100 outside. I also like that he was happy to answer all my questions, and was very focused on customer service....read full review

Joel Galvan returned today and replaced a needed part on my compressor. Once again, he was very professional and efficient. Always good to know that McCullough has great team members!
