I bought the best unit they could offer. It has worked like a champ. After 3 months on a Sunday afternoon the wall control went dark and everything stopped. Jon was here within about 20 minutes. He checked the unit and rebooted it. He showed me how to do that as well. It was working perfectly and he was on his way, all within 40 minutes of me leaving a voicemail. We apparently had some fluctuation in the neighborhood power which likely caused the issue.
Do business with these people. They go out of their way to keep your equipment running and give reasonable prices besides great service.

Just amazing. Was referred by a friend who had his 2 systems installed byJon Britton. He provided estimate and I took a week so that I can get other estimates from other 5 star reviewed AC installers. After that it was no brainer to go with Britton who provided professional, and no pressure service. I made sure their estimate is honest by checking online also. I did not need to haggle with the cost as I found it be reasonable. Everything was done very smoothly. Jon Britton also went over the system and answered all my questions.
