“We hired Rapid Air to install a new heat pump system after our current one failed. We solicited four quotes, and they were the most competitive for the system we wanted. While price is important, we chose them over the company we initially thought we would go with because of a referral from a builder we know that has worked with them on many projects over the past few years. If he trusts them, I figured we have no reason not to.<br><br>As for the process itself, the sales visit was quick and painless, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. They showed up on time the day of the install, finished in five hours, and left the house as clean as they found it. They also took the time to walk us through the steps to set up the thermostat and explained the best way to use it efficiently. It’s only been a few days but everything is running smooth.<br><br>One last note: The owner followed up with me that evening to make sure everything was satisfactory, which was a nice touch and reminded me why I prefer to deal with smaller companies. I explained I am more interested in the long-term servicing of the system than the initial install, and he assured me that is also a priority for them. Time will tell but we’re off to a great start. I would definitely recommend Rapid Air for anyone looking for a new system.”
