I’ve been a customer for over 4 years, both oil and propane. Have yet to be unhappy with this company. The service at Xpress is excellent, in every area. Service techs, propane tech, fuel delivery and office personnel are always pleasant to work with! Very special thank you to Nancy in the office for dropping off space heaters after hours, when my propane install unexpectedly ran into a second day. To Rob, for putting in the extra time and effort to get my job done. And to the techs, for doing the little ‘extras’ they didn’t have to do. Everyone even remembered my birthday!! I recently had a new heating and AC unit installed by the Xpress energy technicians. Drew and his coworker were prompt and finished the installation in a timely manner. I also would like to acknowledge Nancy and Rob who helped me make arrangements for the estimates and final plans of the project.

I have been with Express for five years with great service. My last annual cleaning I was advised I needed to replace my oil tank. I was nervous about this issue. I called the office and spoke with Nancy Kritzman about the process, she was awesome. She walked me through everything that would happen. My new tank is installed and the project went great.I thank everyone involved.Paula S
