Quality Degree completed duct cleaning and the installation of a new Lennox HVAC system at my house. From the first call from Jessica to schedule a free quote, to Charlie sharing his expertise and finding solutions to our current HVAC challenges, my husband and I felt like we were respected, heard and felt confident in making a final decision to purchase a system from this company and their team. The day of install, Noah and Rob, as well as Cole and his team, took extra care to protect our floors, answer our myriad questions, and even were wiping down mats in our garage that were a little wet because of the weather on install day. Josh May installed our HVAC system. I was pleased to hear he'd return to address a problem with our water heater. Once again Josh was a pleasure to deal with, explained the likely issue and alternatives to fix. He also provided cost estimates.I recommend Quality Degree and their staff. In particular Josh
Excellent service fabulous!! Highly recommend. AJ did a great job figuring out why I was having noise when the heat was on. Colton and dave did a great job with installation of new duct work and heat pump. Everyone from receptionists to workers have been exceptional!!!
