Our tech was prompt, courteous and thorough. He explained what steps he was going to take, checked out our furnace, discussed the issues and his recommendations. Then, once a course of action was agreed upon, he worked quickly and efficiently. He solved the issue in one visit and the cost was reasonable. I will use Oehlert Brothers again and would recommend them to others.
Great service. When my heating system stopped working they showed up promptly to repair even during the snow storm. Very polite and friendly people. Problem was hard to diagnose but they finally fixed it by replacing most of the parts. I will highly recommend them.
I repeat: Ive been dealing with Oehlert for at least 25 years. They've installed my heater and a/c systems and we have a maintenance contact for service. They have always been professional, competent, and polite.
