“Chuck is very professional and was right on time. We had purchased replacement smoke alams in January. Now one was faulty and kept going off. Chuck advised a new unit that you don’t replace the batteries for 10 years that are the newest technology. The co gave usca refund on the other units and we will pay the difference.
