I called about an issue with our AC unit and Mark and Mark came out immediately the same day and remedied the issue. The unit is about 30 years old but in great condition. Mark and Mark were thorough, friendly, honest, and fixed the issue quickly. They did not try to upsell us on any additional services or replacement of the entire unit/system like some of the big name companies.
