“We have used Golden Rule as our plumbers for many years, so when we were getting quotes for a complete bathroom remodeling we got an estimate from the company. Tim Lasco was very thorough and professional, and he answered all of our questions and pointed out potential issues that we weren’t aware of. The quote was in the mid-range of others we had received, but since we already knew the company we decided to go with Golden Rule. Tim also rearranged the schedule to fit in our job before some family members arrived for an extended stay.We are glad we chose Golden Rule because the employees and workmanship were top notch. Brett’s phenomenal tile work on the shower stall is the star of the show, but he also paid attention to even the smallest details in all aspects of the remodel. His coworkers, Pat and Domenic, also did great jobs, and the three guys were kind and cheerful throughout the long process. Getting a huge vanity up the stairs without any damage was quite a feat!We highly recommend Golden Rule if you are looking for anything from a small plumbing job to a full bathroom remodel. “On May 30th, 2023 James Brown PHAC did a great job of installing a discharge pump in our basement to evacuate drain water from our kitchen sink one floor above and the washing machine adjacent to it.Their technicians arrived on time, got down to work, were professional, courteous and completed the job the same day.We requested some extra bracing and noise-reduction and Doug again was on time and addressed the issues.I highly recommend James Brown for any plumbing needs you have at a reasonable price.“

“My Water Heater started to fail at 17 years old, spoke with Mike Riely, a Service Manager for Battavio who told me he would have a representative contact me promptly with a quote and arrange for a install date. I had expressed after 17 years I didn't want to wait any longer for a total failure, or worse, a leak. Andy called me back very soon after and gave me prices, which were extremely competitive with other quotes I had gotten previously, and gave me several options for installation dates! Two gentleman, Jake and Mike, (not the same Mike as above), arrived to install the new water heater. I explained to them that my wife was disabled and had several serious health concerns, and asked them to wear the masks I provided. They said it was no problem at all and they wore them the entire time. Before the install, they inspected the install location, etc, explained my options for a leak sensor but after seeing I already had one, they said it wasn't necessary for a new one, but offered a pan to set under the heater in case of any future leak. Both Jake and Mike were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, answering all my questions. They left the area as clean as they found it! Thanks for the great service.“
