Precision Air Heating and Cooling was able to come out and repair our unit quickly, but unfortunately we needed a new unit. The technicians were polite, on time, and informative. They worked quickly. New system works well. New Heat pumps with AC seem to cost a small fortune. We haven't bought one in 13 years. I understand there is a new coolant system which adds costs.
