“I had an issue with the mini split system that the previous owner of my house bought from Horizon last year. John was able to come out to my house right away and he found my issue (a leaking fitting) very quickly.

Everything was covered under warranty, I was sent videos and pictures explaining exactly what was done, and John was an absolute pleasure to talk to. I really appreciate how transparent Horizon is when it comes to showing people exactly what their issue is, and what it takes to fix it.

Even so, I was surprised by the outstanding quality of their service. My aunt (90 y.o.) wanted to have a dual split system in her older home. Their quote was more than fair, and came in under others.

They scheduled us within a week (it was installed in December) and the service was outstanding. Chan and Julian were gentlemen, and were very considerate of my aunt and her home.

While we haven’t used the cooling yet, the equipment that they installed looks great, and the outside looks great too.

Dan, the owner of the company interacts directly with customers by email, phone, and text. He is immediately responsive to service requests and provides rapid turn around between request and service techs showing up at your house. The service techs are friendly, polite, respectful of property and get the job done quickly and efficiently. The service techs' attitudes and performance are obviously reflective of the owner's business philosophy which appears to be very customer centered. May 31st (Sunday) arrived and we had no hot water. I contacted Dan, the owner of Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning and told him of our dilemma. Within 2 hours the service tech, Mike arrived to check out our water heater. It was dead on arrival. We needed a new water heater and all the attachments that go with one. Within a half hour, Dan contacted us with the estimate and information regarding the system they would install the very next day. They arrived promptly on June 1st. Mike and his assistant, Will, draped all the floors and steps with drop cloths to protect our home. They made a point of being careful and respectful of our home. Within about 3 hours, the new system was installed and up and running. It only took a short while for us to have hot water restored to our home. The take away here is that Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning responds promptly to emergency calls and provides quick, efficient service installations and repairs.
