What makes Rapid Air stand out hands down above the rest is that it’s owner – Anil Dahm, cares. I can speak of this from my own personal interactions with Mr. Dahm and I quickly learned that his employees care just as much! Additionally, Anil and his employees are upfront and honest with not only costs but with what they are capable and incapable of doing. Here’s just a glimpse of my experience with Rapid Air and it’s remarkable and knowledgeable customer service: My heater stopped working just as February 2026 was getting underway with the most intense cold snap to occur in quite some time. It was strongly recommended that I reach out to Mr. Dahm, and so I did just that. Anil and I discussed the heater that I have in my home along with the possibility of placing a heat kit in my A/C unit which already had a heat pump installed. I already knew that just the heat pump alone was incapable of providing heat to my home with the subzero temperatures. During our conversation Anil was very upfront with me saying that the heat kit was likely the best way to go but it could be a couple of days before he could get someone out here due to the exceptionally high volume of “no heat” calls already scheduled. Over the course of the next 24 hours I called other companies and for various reasons they all led to dead ends. What happened next came as a complete and total shock! Mr. Dahm contacted me the again the following evening asking if I’d found someone to come out and help resolve my heating issues. His follow-up message was certainly something I never expected! Our conversation spanned advice I’d received from other HVAC professionals (what was good advice and what was not), and general suggestions on how to keep warm. Anil was compassionate, empathetic and caring. But perhaps more importantly, he knew I was in a jam and he was kind and genuinely attempting to help even if he couldn’t schedule me right away. Because of this – and his knowledgeable and compassionate manner, I decided to ask him to schedule someone to come to my home and take a look. That decision turned out to be the best decision possible! He sent out his assessor – Austin, who I had several long conversations with regarding everything that was happening with my heater and A/C unit’s heat pump. I found Austin to also be extremely kind, empathetic, and compassionate, as well as a patient and thorough communicator. Moreover, he was exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable. After Austin’s assessment the installation moved along quickly and with no surprises. I couldn’t be happier and will absolutely move forward with using Rapid Air for all of my HVAC needs from now on. If you find yourself in need of HVAC help – and are searching for a company that will be upfront and honest from start to finish, don’t hesitate to reach out to Rapid Air! I am extremely grateful to them for everything they did for me, and I have no doubt that their ethics, patience and compassion are not unique to solely me…..but to every customer they interact with.
Twice now, Rapid Air has swooped in to save me from the brink of domestic disaster. The first time, my water heater apparently decided it was time for a dramatic exit, giving me an impromptu indoor swimming pool in the basement. They were out the very next day to replace it at a rate that didn't require me to sell a kidney. As a single parent, I especially appreciate that they're both fair and clearly don't participate in the outdated sport of 'price-gouging the clueless single woman.' Just this week, Disaster Round Two commenced when my heater started making the house smell less like 'cozy home' and more like 'low-grade gas leak,' complete with bonus headaches and nausea. Naturally, they were there in less than 24 hours to exorcise the gas demons and get things running properly. They even gave me a heads-up on future trouble spots, which is excellent service. In short: I appreciate their professionalism, friendly service, and their uncanny ability to undo all the spontaneous plumbing and HVAC renovations my house attempts.
Absolutely have to give a HUGE shoutout to Rapid Air HVAC! These guys are seriously amazing. From start to finish, everything was just smooth and easy. Scheduling was a breeze – no long waits or runarounds. They actually work with your schedule, which is rare these days. The team showed up on time, super friendly, great attitudes, and you can just tell they really care about what they’re doing. No rush jobs or shortcuts – just quality work, done right. You don’t feel like you’re getting ripped off either. Their pricing is totally fair, especially for the level of service they deliver. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about them.
