Super quick and professional job. First with the cleaning and evaluation then completion of the recommended small repairs. Our 1985 fireplace and chimney never looked and work so well!

The staff at Universal are friendly, and that made it easier to do business with them. They responded quickly and were up front about scheduling and pricing. The service I needed, a cleaning, was done by a very nice technician. He arrived on time and did a terrific job. Very happy with the service. Definitely recommend Universal Chimney.

1st - Isaac is awesome! He’s got such a positive uplifting attitude. Not to sound corny but it just feels good being around the guy.2nd - His customer service skills are top notch. We had a little mixup where we hadn’t thought a delivery through… Isaac answered our call right away. Offered a couple solutions. He apologized that this situation hadn’t occurred to him ahead of time and acknowledged that it must have been stressful for us and the delivery driver. We got it all worked out with no problem.Last but not least, a storm was on the way, so Isaac and his team came a day early and got the job done.
