Our service technician, Doug, did an awesome job servicing our heater. There was something left undone from a previous technician, and he took care of the issue to make it right. Doug is very Knowledgeable and was Very willing to explain everything he was doing; he was willing to listen to our concerns and find a solution. We are very pleased. Really enjoy talking with him.
Tyler plaster arrived promptly, he came to check my heater maintenance, found that original when installed in aug 2025, the other techs never installed the Dip Switch (i have a 2 stage furnace) Tyler found it and corrected it asap!! He was at my house twice for my AC un July and today for my furnace. He definitely knows his stuff. Very talented and very cordial!! Kudos to Tyler!! Thank you for excellent service all the time.
