We have used Golden Rule as our plumbers for many years, so when we were getting quotes for a complete bathroom remodeling we got an estimate from the company. Tim Lasco was very thorough and professional, and he answered all of our questions and pointed out potential issues that we weren’t aware of. The quote was in the mid-range of others we had received, but since we already knew the company we decided to go with Golden Rule. I called Golden Rule, left a message, and wouldn't you know... they called me back!! I contacted a couple of plumbers only to leave messages and never hear back. I can't tell you how important it is to call back a prospective customer bc it could result in being a customer for life if you provide excellent service. I had a simple plumbing maintenance request, and Dom did a great job explaining what was involved and the frequency required moving forward. He was very courteous, respectful of my property, and left the job with everything looking exactly as it was before he arrived.
