Golden Rule Plumbing & Contracting, LLC

Golden Rule Plumbing & Contracting, LLC is a locally owned and operated full-service plumbing company. With over 100 years of combined experience, they have been serving most of Chester County for over a decade. The company was founded with the principle of treating customers the way they would want to be treated, aiming to satisfy every client with high-quality service at an honest price.

Golden Rule has demonstrated exceptional performance in various plumbing jobs and renovations. Technicians were praised for their professionalism and impeccable work. Brett's tile work on a shower stall was described as "the star of the show." The company's responsiveness and punctuality have also been commended. Technicians arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem and made sure nothing else was affected, completed the installation efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. Mark and team did excellent work on a bathroom addition, and the "under the hood" work in the basement is well done. They also did great with the fixture etc. installation in the bathroom itself and everything looks beautiful. They’ve also been super flexible with requests to come back to my house at different times for necessary steps and their scheduling/notification system is helpful for updates. They give you a two hour window which is helpful. They knew what the job was, jumped right on it and were done in no time. They will be the first call for any plumbing needs.
