I have been a customer of Meade Heating & Air Conditioning, now B&L Ott, ever since moving here 15 years ago. I can tell you that this company will not disappoint. They are professional and honest in diagnosing problems/providing their services along with fair-pricing. Today, even before the assigned time frame of noon-4pm, Mike and Derek (hope I spelled that right :) showed up early! They came to replace our water heater that was "ancient". They both were very efficient, and explained to me what went wrong with the old water heater. Before they left, they packed up all their equipment nicely, and made sure that they didn't leave any trails in the house (snow) :))Kudos...read full review
