“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Garner Plumbing Co. – Technician: Mitchell Beers I want to take a moment to recognize Gardner Plumbing Co., and especially technician Mitchell Beers, for exceptional service and integrity. We were working through our home insurance after noticing a loud noise coming from our water heater and water collecting in the drain pan underneath. I even posted about it in a community Facebook group, and nearly everyone advised that the water heater likely needed to be replaced. The first plumbing company sent by our insurance took less than a minute to look at it and immediately said the unit needed to be fully replaced—even though it was only two years old. We were told this could cost us up to $1,200 out of pocket, despite already having spent about $800 previously to bring it up to code. After pushing the issue, we were advised that since the unit was still under manufacturer warranty, another company would come out. That’s when Gardner Plumbing Co. sent Mitchell. Mitchell took his time, thoroughly inspected every component, and truly assessed the situation rather than jumping to conclusions. He identified that the issue was not the water heater itself, but a hose at the top that had slipped and was causing the leaking and condensation, which in turn created the noise and water buildup. A small adjustment and minor fix later—no more noise, no more leaking, and the water heater was in perfect working condition. What stood out the most was Mitchell’s honesty and professionalism. He easily could have recommended a replacement like others did, but instead he relied on his expertise and integrity. Because of him, we avoided an unnecessary replacement and likely saved around $1,200, which makes a huge difference—especially during the holidays. I made sure to thank him and told him that if more people worked with the honesty and care that he does, we’d all be in a better place. This review isn’t about complaining—it’s about recognizing excellent work and a truly good human being. “I’m a Big Fan of Crown Plumbing. From scheduling to install they are professional, knowledgeable and good people to deal with. My Portland home is more than 100 years old and gradually needing former owners work repaired.
I have several fixes and improvements which have been completed. Each time the plumber who has worked on the jobs does so with excellent workmanship and a pleasant attitude. All my home’s fixes have been addressed professionally and workmanship and parts warranted.
Along the way there was one repair where workmanship needed a re-do. And more recently, one where a part had to be warranty replaced. As with all the other work done, each of these were handled quickly and with good collaboration. I feel well supported and will continue to use them as needed. It also helps to have that they use an effective text and email interface.“

“By far the best experience in plumbing service I've ever had. Apollo's customer service is extraordinary. My technician Cameron is my hero.

This happened on Sunday. I had an emergency with the laundry room suddenly flooding at 11pm. Of course in a panic as the water was rising I looked up 24 hour emergency services. Apollo came up. I contacted them and was greeted by dispatch. He sent out the bat signal and Cameron answered the call. He was working the day and on call and had been up for hours already. He showed up and wow. The professionalism with this man was incredible. He was well spoken, very down to Earth and for someone who's been up for over 15 hours, he was a happy guy.

He slipped on the shoe protectors, went to the source of the problem, and already knew what to do. Now that's experience. He even placed covers on his wheels of the trolly that holds the drain snake. With his great attitude and friendly voice he told me not to worry. He told me step by step what he was going to do and started working. In about an hour he was done. He cleaned up the area very well. He went above and beyond. Cameron was amazing.

Apollo has just gained a repeat customer.

I also wanted to give Brandon, both from HVAC and plumbing for the extremely professional service they provided on my house recently.
