Tony and his crew at American Backflow are amazing. They were very accommodating with my budget, and figured out a plan that would work for everyone involved. Tony was incredibly helpful and communicative.
When the crew came in to work, they were extremely friendly and hardworking. It was a pretty complicated job, that involved many obstacles and they ran into unforeseen issues. They were happy to soldier on with the project and finished in record time. They had to completely unearth my flagstone and gravel path to dig a trench all the way around my concrete patio, and by the end of the day everything was put back in its place. Truly a great company to work with. Communication was efficient and quick and I appreciated all the answers to my questions. They came out and I was little worried about how much it would be but they stuck to the price they’d said even after adding something last minute. Their workers were the best. We've had a great experience working with Tony and Owen at American Backflow! They are friendly, professional, communicative, and very thorough in their explanations and quotes. I really appreciate how upfront and honest they are about work that should be done but isn't super urgent and can wait. I would highly recommend hiring them and the rest of their family!
