I used Mr. Rooter a couple years ago with excellent service provided. This time when I called they said someone could be at my house within the hour and Alex arrived to save the day. I’ve had excellent service, they provide excellent customer care, Alex gave a thorough explanation of what was going on how he could fix the problem and gave recommendations what to do to prevent it in the future. I will definitely be calling them again if I need to as they are very prompt and provide service on the same day.

Reviews
Chris Moore from Mr. rooter was professional, thorough, helpful and friendly! He went the extra mile… we would highly recommend him and Mt. Rooter!
Mr. Phil, and Mr. Levi came out to perform my yearly sewer rooting maintenance today. These guys went beyond just doing the routine. Phil adjusted my mid floor toilette, and gave me a name of a product to put down my toilette that prevents roots in separated pipes from forming. The guys are kind and honest and trustworthy. I honestly would recommend this team to anyone whom is in the same predicament as I am in and am grateful to have them as a part of maintaining my household.
