I had a broken copper pipe that the plumber replaced in the freezing cold His van got stuck and he had to put on chains to get out of my long driveway. I’m a senior and it’s too cold to dig and chunk out the ice. So glad for his help. He’s patient and polite and answered all my questions. He came out Thursday to help restore my water system 1-18-24. He’s a gem. Sorry I don’t remember his name but will call find out and thank him.

I project managed my home bathroom remodel and I awarded Black Cat the job after soliciting 5 bids. Black Cat was the ONLY company that cautioned me about ALL the things I needed to plan for, including a required move of the plumbing stack to meet city of Portland code for the new toilet placement. They installed a new Toto toilet & washlet, plumbed for/installed a rain shower, handheld & diverter into my newly built/tiled walk-in shower, new bridge faucet for my historic porcelain sink - and they also installed a laundry sink in my basement where one hadn't been present previously. Mike and his staff were quick to connect with me and problem-solve leaking pipes. They were thorough in the explanation of the work that needed to be completed and provided a detailed bid.
