I went to have ahair cut with Erik. I absolutely love him and the hairstyle or haircut he did. I chose not to wash my hair over there due to my previous bad experience and also my hair got tangled so bad when it is wet. He is totally cool with that and he is super gentle with my hair too. He is such a great listener and has the skill to execute to the way I would like. The best part is he also taught me how to style my hair and shared me with some professional tips. I highly recommend him. I love the salon too. It is clean and friendly, great services.
Just had an amazing pedicure today with Chardonnay. First I found the spa to be very clean and nicely furnished and the receptionist nice and helpful. Then Chardonnay took me back to the nail spa area. It was also clean and had a pleasant odor, not a chemical polish smell. Chardonnay made sure I was comfortable and then began the pedicure with a warm neck towel and foot soak. She was easy to talk to and interesting as well as skilled. It was very relaxing and she was very thorough. Great nail work, massage and pampering. I will be setting up a regular appointment with Chardonna.

This was my first time at Anomaly. In the past I've never been particularly comfortable in salons and have procrastinated going for a haircut, but after a year of neglecting my hair, I decided I wanted a big chop to a pixie cut. I booked an appt with Jordin after researching stylists in the area. He was so pleasant to talk with, very interesting, and I felt right at home. I showed him one photo of my hair inspiration, and he got right away what I wanted and wasted no time chopping big amounts of hair off. Jordin was very thoughtful, checking in to make sure I was happy with how the cut was looking and providing advice on how to style it. I am so excited with the results and my hair. We LOVE Austin, my son has a sensory processing disorder and screamed at every appointment we had before coming here, I would actually schedule appointments for when no other customers were in the shop so others didn’t have to listen to him be so upset. Each appointment with Austin he became less and less freaked out, and now hes asking us when we get to go to get his hair cut. Thats a MAJOR break through and i know it has everything to do with Austin’s calm vibe that really puts kids at ease. We wont go anywhere else.

After being turned away from a sports clip twice in one day. I called here on a wim, the owner answered and even though I didn't have a appointment he found me a spot between a couple clients. Best cut I've had in years, I always get a 0 to 1 fade with a semi short top to style and man they nailed it! As soon as I came in the door my wife said "That is hands down the best hair cut you have gotten since we have been together!" 10/10

I have been to all of the Tan Republics in the area and though this one is the smallest, it is my favorite . Emily A. Superstar and a queen of public relations will be behind the counter when you arrive, hopefully. If your lucky, she is super knowledgeable but best of all she will remember you even if it was months ago. She puts customers at ease, you feel like you are the center of the universe at this Tan Republic. The tanning is good but I go here because in a weird shallow but not shallow way it feels like I am visiting a good friend and by chance I happen to tan here too. If she worked for the devil I would have sold my soul. Fortunately she does not so I keep my soul for a nice tan. They have spray, red light and uv.

I came here and got the Deluxe pedicure and it was phenomenal! It's probably one of my last pedis of the season, so I wanted to get the massage and the exfoliation, and boy did she deliver! I do not have her name, but the lady who took care of me was the best. My legs and feet are still silky smooth after 4 days, and my toenails look incredible. I will be coming back as this is my new favorite place to treat my feet.

Stopped by for a manicure and was surprised with the most wonderful experience. First of all- her space is so cute! She hand painted her wall!! She offered the most delicious beverages and was so happy to be there.Naomi is very welcoming. It was such a relief that she didn’t mind my 5 year old. He chilled out in her comfy chair and she even let him watch her while she talked him through her process. She offers a variety of scent options, I chose milk and honey.I appreciated how sanitary the whole process was. If you want to relax and treat yourself to being pampered, Naomi is your girl. I was visiting from out of town and stopped in to get my nails done, and I am so, so pleased with how they turned out! Mimi, the manager, was incredibly sweet to my sister and me. She took the time to go over what we wanted and helped us pick the perfect colors from their huge selection.
Rose did my nails and her attention to detail was amazing. She removed my old dip powder, did builder gel, added gel polish on top, and finished with the cutest designs. The salon was clean, inviting, and the entire staff was super friendly. The price was also great for the quality of work.

We were late because Google Maps does not know where this place is, so we went around the block 2x before I parked and just walked to the other side of the block. There was plenty of parking right out front, tho. She was very nice and professional. If our tardiness bothered her, I'll never know. She took her time and did an excellent job.
I used to get my lashes done at I Love Lashes back in 2012, and had to move away for 2 years in 2017. When I came back, I had a new Lashista who effortlessly picked up where Lili (the previous owner) left off and it was such a relief to still have such great work done!
When Kayla moved, I was pretty nervous that I had to switch artists and wouldn’t love the results, but when Erin took over my lashes I was so pleasantly surprised! I have come to realize that there is really no one at I Love Lashes who can’t produce exceptional work every time!
I have now been having my lashes done by Erin for a couple years and I cannot brag enough about how beautiful her work is! Not only is her work amazing every time, but she is so flexible with scheduling which is huge for me. She is always so great to accommodate my requests if we need to alter a date, and it is so clear she takes such great pride in her work. i'm pretty much home bound for now & having a service like amber's -- in home hair styling & pedi -- is truly something to be thankful for. amber arrived on time bringing an entire salon w/her. she had everything necessary AND the expertise. i hadn't had a hair cut in 4 months & she did a great job styling the unruly mess my hair had become. likewise, the pedi she gave me was one of the best i've ever had. i just wish her service was around in 2013 when i had back surgery! i couldn't find anyone available at that time that provided in home service. she did such a wonderful job on my hair & feet i would patronize her if she were in a brick & mortar salon. i hope to use her service during my recovery & i'm so grateful she provides in home service. amber is very personable & an expert in her field. i'm so glad i found her service.

Plus you won't be confronted with stinky chemical smells - this salon uses predominantly organic products. Visit Svitlana for nails and Sarina for heavenly facials and you won't be disappointed!
Cool place in a slightly odd location. Pretty rustic, it's kind of like a cabin in the middle of town. We never book just the hot tub; it's more enjoyable to be able to go between the tub and the sauna IMO. They'll provide enough drinking water to make sure you don't pass out, but you'll want to bring a regular water bottle as well - it's not super fun to go to the front desk and get drinks during the rental period as you're wet and you only get an hour. (Strangely, you cannot rent more than one hour at a time.) Go in the early evening before it fills up with college students, rent two towels to sit on in the sauna, and bring some additional towels from home for drying off.

I haven’t personally been here but I figured I’d review my experience with the artist Lexi. They do amazing work and I’ve seen them tattoo for coming on like 3ish years now and all I know is they are consistently striving to make themself better and more diverse in the art they put out. I personally have been tattooed by them many a times and they always are checking up on you and making sure you are doing well and getting what you want throughout the process. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about them, when I first met them it was a good distance from both our hometowns but they always reminded me of and brought the positive PNW atmosphere to everything. I know I’ve personally made many mistakes but Lexi has always been someone who has been in my corner and I have thought of us as more than just client and tattoo artist/tattooist but as friends and if you want an amazing tattoo from an amazing person, they are who I would go to 1 million times out of 100. Thank you Lexi for everything you’ve done and know that your work and friendship is and will always be appreciated.

We had a clogged main drain line pipe. Called PPR at around 9pm Friday night and they had a technician out here in less then an hour. Mason was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to locate the blockage and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. I would call them again without hesitation.
Could not recommend Don Lewis plumbing enough. They helped us with both of our bathroom remodels, which included shower and bath tub installation, redoing our single sink into two, and toilet installation. They have also come out for a garbage disposal repair and updating an outdoor hose bib that was both clogged and needed to be raised. Justin is phenomenal. Hired the company through American home shield for an issue. They’re very good at communicating. Jim from plumbing works was on time, figured the problem and fixed the issue effectively. He was very friendly and I really appreciated his help.
We had a leak on our water main. The service was amazing from start to finish. The way they dug up the grass to get to the leak and put the grass back was very thoughtful. I didn’t need to plant any seed to cover any bare spots. Very pleased with the work.
I had an alarm go off on my septic system, which I knew nothing about. I called Royal Flush because they did the inspection of my system,or lack there of prior to my home purchase. I called on Monday afternoon and they were swamped, but could send someone the next day. They promptly walked me through the procedure to shut off the alarm and calmed my fears. The next day Antonio Zarate called to let me know he was on his way, right on time. When he got here he immediately got to work. Antonio checked everything, he even called the manufacturers to make sure all was done correctly. He also explained everything about the system and how it works. Antonio and Royal Flush went above and beyond to fix the problem. I cannot recommend this company enough, five stars! Thanks again Antonio and Royal Flush you have a customer for life!

Beyond their immediate team, their driver Lyndon (Western Wind Ranch LLC) with his pilot are an equally capable pair when they placed our home. Lyndon has incredible skills and knows his truck and tools exceptionally well. He had our home placed in 15 minutes upon arrival and he even backed it from rural gravel road, around a tree, and cleared low hanging limbs while making it look easy.

These folks are amazing! We needed a retaining wall built. Joe and his crew (Bobby & Madison) did an excellent job. It's a simply beautiful rock wall, which in fact the neighbors have commented looks like it been a part of our yard for ages. My wife and I were anxious to add a kitchen and master suite to our home, but frankly we were terrified as we have heard so many horror stories about bad contractor experiences. We called another company that advertises and after meeting with them, we felt that the project would be full of their preferences and would go way over budget. We shelved it, then vacillated for a year. We decided to be brave and talk to someone else. We found Premier online and because of their positive reviews, called them. Dane met with us and we were so impressed with his honesty, preparation and punctuality that all of our fears washed away. My wife and I had laid out the design, Dane set us up with a design team. They were super responsive, made sensible corrections, honored our preferences and were more reasonable than we expected. We expected the county to make the project difficult or impossible, but Dane and the design team threaded that needle so skillfully that we still pinch ourselves. Work started a bit ahead of schedule. Dane carefully chose subs that suited our project starting with excavation and foundation. Fantastic work, ahead of schedule. Every subcontractor was prompt, courteous and tidy. Dane guided us throughout the project on sensible changes here and there, and his experience payed off in significant ways. Regarding the budget, Dane was fastidious. There were no overruns. The only significant additions to the budget were upgrades that my wife and I asked for, and those were forecast spot on. Everything turned out beyond our expectations. Our new space is beautiful and functional. The workmanship and attention to detail was without compromise. Dane is not a person who can compromise his standards, and he will redo anything that doesn't meet them. If you're thinking about a project, don't hesitate. I called Ed at Oregon Pest Control about a problem of rats nesting inside our hot tub. Ed spent about an hour at my house inspecting everything and advising me in on how to repair and rat-proof our hot tub (the main problem was rotten wood). He also had a look in our basement and gave advice on where mice may have gotten in in the past. And the whole visit was free of charge.I really appreciated Ed's honesty and expertise. Another company I called wanted to charge me for a whole home inspection. I would definitely recommend Ed to any homeowners with pest issues.
Best pest service anywhere. Both Stan and Ajaye are so easy to work with and so knowledgeable. For a very reasonable flat rate, they take anything thrown at them and fix it. We had a horrible rat problem and couldn't find the entry. Finally, Ajaye found it and dealt with it, coming back multiple times to followup and check, all for the same flat rate. So glad I found them!

He’s gone ABOVE and BEYOND each time he comes, from sealing off areas of faulty construction, ants, wasps, spiders, rats/mice, and even a feral cat that was living under the house for months. I have had them out twice through my home warranty company. Jacob sprayed for ants and spiders and we’ve have had excellent results each time. I am a first time home owner of a house built in the mid ‘60s so I inherited unwelcome guests. Despite being on a tight schedule Jacob took the time to do did an impromptu inspection on another matter at no charge. I am reaching back out to them now to follow up and ask Jacob to come back out & complete that process!!
We've had a Terminex contract at this house for over 12 years. Our technician, Joshua, is the best. He's on time and keeps us updated on his expectated arrival time on the day of service. He's professional and fast. Our contract is billed quarterly so I really don't have a price paid for this visit, I'm just estimating.

Over the last two years, we created a set of gardens at our new property. The property is an acre, has gardens in the front in the back each and every direction – – all done without thought to how I would water them every day. It became clear at our age that this was not a sustainable option.
I met with several companies for estimates and from the jump Eddy was different. He listened carefully, walked every inch of the property, made sure everything under cultivation had proper irrigation, and then gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. He also gave me confidence that he and Nick could deliver what I needed.
We agreed to proceed and scheduled as soon as they were available, which was a leadtime of six weeks. On the Monday of the sixth week, Nick and T showed up began trenching and put the entire property under precise irrigation. Nick is lovely to work with, not to mention efficient and precise.
We have been thrilled with the results. Everything truly began to thrive, we got ours a day of our life back, and it made all the difference in the world.
They also provide a turn off service in the fall and a turn on service in the spring, which ensures your lines are clear everything‘s in working order. Eddie made the point to tell me once you’re in the family, we take care of you. Indeed they do.

Aaron is affordable, was easy to set up with that first year, and literally just shows up to do it each summer leaving a tidy (and affordable) invoice on my porch. It couldn’t be less hassle for me. Sperry has pruned our very old apple tree for years. They always do a great job,, clean up any debris, and keep the tree healthy and productive.
Urban Arbor Care did amazing work! We had a massive Douglas Fir that had branched off into 3 trunks that were all over 100 feet tall. The tree was becoming a hazard to our home and Urban Arbor Care was able to safely and efficiently remove the tree in about 6 hours. They also pruned branches overhanging the house from one of our other large trees. The price was very reasonable for how big and complicated the tree was to remove and we also appreciate the thorough clean up at the end of the job. We highly recommend using Urban Arbor Care for any tree cutting services and we will definitely be using them again in the future.
Jorge’s tree service came through for me! We have huge pine trees in our backyard that I always thought were beautiful and healthy. One day after I really strong wind, I looked out my window and saw one of them leaning and possibly becoming a safety hazard for us and our neighbors. I called Jorge and he came out the same day to evaluate the situation, gave us a great estimate and fit us in his schedule almost immediately. His prices are very reasonable, but more than that, the quality of his work, the communication from start to finish was immaculate. I called A-1 and Devin came out for an estimate to remove a 25'+ maple tree in our front yard and we felt the cost was reasonable, and within our budget. He was very knowledgeable (and personable) and we decided he will be our new tree person, as we have two other huge maples. He and his crew showed up totally on time and as scheduled. They were very organized and tidy, cutting and stacking the wood we wanted to keep, and cleaning up as they went. Our yard looked better than when they started, no mess left AT ALL. Highly recommend.

We have been using LJ Tree Care for several decades now and they never disappoint. Lance and his crew have always been the most professional and the best at what they do. The latest job included our two maples, a slowly dying birch tree and a massive Douglas fir. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. In the past, they have dealt with our sweet gum, scotch pine and our oaks. Just always great work and very reasonable too.

I went in for a six-month dental cleaning. Everyone from the front desk to my dental hygienist was friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable right away (with a warm neck pillow and blanket over my legs since the AC was on). My dental hygienist, Seona, was incredibly gentle and thorough. I also had a brief checkup to ensure there were no underlying issues. Since my last visit, my gum health has improved significantly. Now I come in twice a year and feel completely comfortable—no pain at all!
Dr Dunne is the best pediatric dentist around! Always makes my kids feel safe and have the best time they can while getting dental care. The office staff is awesome and accommodating.
Today Melanie was my hygienist, and she was great about telling me what she was doing, giving me a mirror so I could watch, shifting me when I got uncomfortable, and cleaning my teeth. Office staff Carolyn and Nikki are also super helpful. I didn't see Dr. Stokes today since it was a cleaning appointment only, but I'll see her in January.

I've been going to dentists for over 70 years and have never had more complete and professional dental service that is provided by Dr. Ivan Paskalev and his staff. He is always up on the latest techniques and equipment to provide outstanding service. During my recent visit with Jen, the hygienist, I experienced a completely new to me cleaning procedure that involved gels applied to the teeth to indicate both the presence and severity of plaque. Cleaning of the plaque was performed with water brush technique that left the teeth cleaner and smoother that ever. It also provided Jen with instant feedback on her efforts. I have been seeing Dr. Brown for a while now. When I first started working with him my pain was terrible. I have little to know pain and such improved range of motion. Dr. Brown explains what is happening in my body to understand where the pain is coming from and how to prevent it from coming back. I enjoy coming into the office. Everyone is so personable and knows you by name. You’re not just a chart number. Scheduling and flexibility is easy.

Our dog had her teeth cleaned, and some extracted by Dr. Blystone. As usual, Dr. Blystone provided excellent care with compassion, and she acknowledged and addressed our concerns. She called in between X-rays to keep us abreast on conditions and what needed to be done. When we came back to pickup our dog, she showed us the X-rays and explained in more details, and instructed aftercare. We got a follow-up the next day, checking on our girl’s condition. All in all, everything went well, and the whole experience at BAH was great. We’ve been taking our girl there for 9 years, and though her primary care provider is Dr. Blystone, she had been cared for by, I believe, all other BAH vets, and we have been happy with all of them.
Great service. The Vets and techs know what they are talking about. They are willing to help with what you need for your four legged creatures. I had my service dog looked at after a tumble and she is doing great now.

I always take my pups and kitties to this hospital, including after going to other vets in the past. They are always there for us, providing the best wrap-around care. All of the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate people; intelligent, well-educated and unafraid to turn to other staff for input when they wonder about something. Over the years, they have helped us through baby times, all the times in between, and times when we had to say good-bye to our precious friends. AND they've helped us through a couple emergencies, like yesterday, when I screwed up and somehow left fudge where my pups could reach it. When I realized we were in over my head, I called and was told to bring the pup in whom I knew needed help. We arrived as quickly as possible, although we live 25 miles away. We were met in the parking lot by Ashley, who immediately took the one pup from the car. She got him quickly into the clinic for treatment. He was more than happy to be going inside with her, as he loves his vet visits! Dr. Blystone appeared in a few minutes, while I waited in the car with my other pup who was complaining about being left outside! Dr. Blystone told me what she was doing and that my pup was OK. She was very comforting and kind. Today, our precious pup is tired, but he's with us! I cannot express the level of gratitude I feel for this Bush team. They have been our support for over 20 years, always providing positive and top notch care. They communicate beautifully, listening as well as they give feedback and educate me when I have questions. I can expect immediate support when I am afraid for my furries, and I can count on loving and compassionate care being given. The pups love going to see their doctors! .....any of them. I was from out of town traveling with my two dogs one of them was not doing well and couldn't use her back leg when I called for an appointment they got me an appointment with Dr Lahm I absolutely loved him he was great with Daisy and she had no problems with him she seemed very comfortable letting him check her he told me what she needed and gave me options never pushing anything that she didn't need like some Vets iv been to. All the staff was very friendly and caring. Thank you for the great experience and excellent care I would highly recommend this VCA for your pets.

Very unfriendly to cats. Would not put a simple overpriced dewormer on their necks them even though they were on harnesses because they wanted to upsell their crates. I couldn't bring myself to buy their crates because I knew I was getting ripped off $240 for two cats to be dewormed and a small supply of flea ointment.
This is hands-down my favorite self washing dog place!!! The tubs are just a perfect height for my big dog where it doesn’t hurt my back afterwards and they’re always so welcoming and helpful especially Susan (I could be getting her name wrong) especially since they don’t care how long it takes to do my dog as she has a lot of fur takes forever to dry and at the end of it they have a wide variety of treats, bandannas, colognes to make sure everything is perfect!!

They have dryers and towels and shampoo and conditioner and brushes and everything you could need! Very well laid out and thought through! Well Done!

We took our pup here for her first grooming and we are so pleased! She is very anxious and this was her first time getting groomed. Glow Yoga was wonderful! The space is clean, elegant and the music was amazing. Chelsea (the owner) taught the class I attended and she is one of the best instructors I have had. If you live in Eugene (or are visiting), you cant go wrong taking a class at Glow!
We were in town and looking for a hot yoga studio and we found balanced hot yoga. We had a great class and really enjoyed the heat and the flow. We will be back and certainly recommend this yoga studio.
Love it here! It's tucked into a residential neighborhood in I think an old school. Very inviting and calm/warm atmosphere...maybe too warm ;) , wish they had AC for prenatal yoga summer classes but not a deal breaker. :)
I use to be so against the idea of doing hot yoga. Sweating more than I necessarily have to was not an appealing idea for me. However, I recently went to their Sunday morning class not knowing it was in a hot room. Now, I can't stop. I am addicted to hot yoga. I feel like I do two hours of work within a 50 -ish minute class. I typically don't get sore muscles after yoga, accept for after sessions here, the next day I feel as if I just spent hours lifting at the gym. I've been to a couple of sessions now and am looking forward to making their Sunday morning class a part of my regular weekly fitness routine.
Always one of the best places in Eugene to take a martial arts class. There's a lot of good stuff going on there.
I saw Taylor for the first time today as a family member gifted me a massage for my birthday at Synergy. I’m a pretty active person with a background in professional dance training, and now currently cross train with weights and some long distance running. Combine that with a 8-10 hour computer desk job and you can imagine I’m sore most of the time ?. Taylor had incredibly mindful and excellent pressure, technique, and communication. My chronic muscle spasm feels automatically improved from one session, and I look forward to working with him again to continue the healing process. Thank you so much!

I began working with Cris six months ago, and steadily over time my itching was getting less and less. I am so grateful to Cris for playing a major role in the resolution of my itching.The relief and calm I am now able to experience in the absence of itching is indescribable after years of suffering.
I was also surprised that there was such a strong emotional benefit from receiving his work. There were many times after a session where I had that ah-ha moment and spontaneously experienced and resolved emotions that I hadn't been aware were stuck and unprocessed.

Blaze was very professional. Upon walking in the front door, I felt like it was a safe and comfortable space. Blaze did an amazing job at intake- and was very attentive r to my bothersome spots during the service. I really liked her style, and I did feel comfortable the whole time. And, for a few days afterwards I still had a relaxed, floating feeling and it was overall a really good massage.
Leah is an excellent healer. She runs a welcoming, professional, and compassionate practice. I came to her after an injury that I was recommended for surgery. Leah was integral in my ability to avoid having it. I will continue to see her, and I highly encourage giving her a try.

Dr. Etges is not only an amazing PCP but an incredible pain management practitioner. It's important to me to manage the effects of aging and pain without medication. He is the only one I know who uses an ultrasound guided technique for precision placement during PRP injections. I had an injury almost a year ago that resulted in a partial tear in my (infraspinatus) rotator cuff. After months of PT, my mobility was back but the pain was constant and staying at a level I did not foresee living with for the rest of my life. Dr. Etges recommended the Platelet-Rich Plasma injections to promote healing. I was skeptical given the amount of time it had been since the injury. Within weeks, my pain had reduced by half. After the second injection, I only have pain when stimulated now and even when stimulated, it only reaches a level 1.5-2 vs a previous pain level 8. I recently went for an evaluation at Slocum for the injury and was told that surgery would not be needed, it is healing well. I should continue the therapy and will likely experience complete recovery. I hope that my experience helps another skeptic find their way to this valuable therapy and I cannot endorse Dr. Etges approach and expertise strongly enough. He has invested in the education and equipment to be the best in providing PRP therapy and I wouldn't go to anyone else.
I've had acupuncture when I lived in Korea, but it's hard to find a great acupuncturist. Well, I found one in Eugene!The place is very clean and Nathan is very professional, amazing with acupuncture and so patient with explaining how the muscles work and how the acupuncture that he does will help. I went there after my calf muscle cramp and it got so much better after one session. I went there today for my knee, felt great after the session and made an appointment for next two sessions.

I'd been taking Naproxen twice a day, doing stretches and rehab exercises, applying ice/heat, massage ..etc and nothing relieved the nerve pain running from my upper back, down my arms to my fingertips.
Just One 45 minute acupuncture session with Tanya Tigart and I felt tension subside in every problem area and the buzzing/pins-and-needles sensation throughout my arms subside. <3
I'm so grateful for the skill offered at this facility and their commitment to making acupuncture affordable with a sliding scale for payments.

This facility only offers reclining chairs rather than beds/tables.
The good news is: these skilled practitioners will still be able to effectively treat problem areas on your back via points on the front of your body (I'm proof!).
The Bad News: if you have instability issues in your back/sacrum ...etc that being seated may aggravate, this might not be the best facility for you.
Hoping they bring back tables at some point because I've got some friends (who can't sit easily) who I'd love to bring to this place.
