From the efficient and kind office staff to the plumber who came out, they were wonderful to work with. I have to give a huge shout out to Matt the plumber. He found leaks in the main kitchen drain and made it not so hard to handle. YAY MATT! He got under the house and bossed it around, and replaced the last of the 1950’s metal pipe. Whew! I’m so relieved, and glad I called Twin Rivers Plumbing. Thank you!

We had a clogged bathroom sink and shower. I called Twin Rivers Plumbing. The moment they arrived the technician, Matt was professional and so nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he did at my level ( for someone who doesn't know a lot about plumbing) and what actually caused the problem. He fixed it and explained everything again to make sure I understood what had been done. I live a little south of Eugene and had called around my local town, and nothing compared to the price I got at Twin Rivers.
