Nice guy. Really helped the chronic tightness in my lats and upper back. Even 4 months later and that chronic tightness hasn't been back. I mentioned the areas of tightness and Gabe was able to apply plenty of pressure to get those muscles to finally relax.

After attending Thai Massage class for the 3rd time, I can confidently and enthusiasticly recommend it to anyone interested in bolstering their massage skills; as well as improving your ability to assess and address the physical pain levels in others.Mr. Springsnow leads an opt-in, fundamentally informed-consent driven class with a welcoming atmosphere. Massage therapy has always been an important part of my self-care routine and Gabe really stands out as quite exceptional. He creates a very safe container, is incredibly communicative and elicits feedback, and he has this amazing knack of going to a specific depth and staying there consistently. His hands are big, strong, wise and caring. His demeanor is kind, sweet and confident. He really loves his work and is passionate about it- truly a professional massage therapist. I feel really honored to work with him.
