Lili at Bespoke Beauty by Design is amazing. She is a wonderful permanent makeup artist and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect! Great attention to detail! She picks the prefect colors and does beautiful work. She did a very subtle lash enhancement liner, eyebrows and lips on me and everything is very natural and I couldn't be happier! She is flexible with her schedule, which is really helpful when you have to work during the week! I highly recommend!

Best place for Lash & Brow treatments in Eugene. Also one of the originals to offer lash services, so experience and attention to detail are top notch. Everyone has gone through extensive training and continues to take education seriously. Always spotless and friendly!

I scheduled with Hannah for a complete eyelash set and she did an AMAZING job! She listened to exactly what I wanted and got me the lash look I wanted to achieve.
