“Wow, Amazing service from Rob and Air Zone Team - Taylor, Chelsea, Jill and Samantha.After getting 2 other quotes, we trusted Taylor and ordered a Lennox Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Maintenance Plan in June 2018. Throughout the years we have been happy with Air Zone.Recently our furnace suddenly stopped working. Air Zone sent Rob to diagnose the problem,ordered the part and Taylor negotiated with Lennox on our behalf.Rob replaced the “hub” and went over and above duty, adjusted the thermostat, he drew a diagram to explain where the issue was, he answered our many questions and even showed us how to start our fireplace, for when we lose our electricity.Rob is very knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure. Happy ending.When it is time for a new water tank, we will definitely call Air Zone for that too.It is very hard to find such an honest conscientious company and hard working people.Thank you all ! “First company I called came late. Then told me to reschedule because I had a baby gate and it could take hours to remove. He was also using a portable unit. Second company I called told me they would call me back. They never did. Ercans was easily the easiest company to deal with. They have great equipment, they were professional, and tidy. I’d pay double what they charged me with no hesitation. I can’t see why I’d use anyone els.“

“Reid has been looking after my furnace for years. They installed my new furnace about 7 years ago. It's off warranty now, so I do the annual plan and it gives me great peace of mind. I've had a couple of mechanical failures and they were right over and fixed the problems. Over the years, all of the staff have been great to deal with. From the person who answers the phone to the technicians that work on the furnace.They have a fantastic new system this year. Just before the technician arrives for a scheduled service call, they send a text to telling me the technician will arrive shortly, reminding me of any things I need to do, and showing me a picture of the technician. So when the doorbell rings and I look out, I'm not wondering if this stranger is the guy who is supposed to be there. I know it's the guy who is going to make sure we stay warm this winter.“
