Ryan and Rob were excellent technicians when they came to install our new heat pump/AC and furnace. They were prompt, professional and answered any questions. After install they did final walk around/check with us. Overall, very impressed with them both. Highly recommend.
Francis Plumbing & Heating swapped out our aging furnace and AC unit with a new Lennox Furnace & A/C. Not the cheapest out there but we believe that it is the best value for the price. We are very satisfied (so far) with the purchase and installation along with the follow up of registering with Lennox the extended warranty. We want to thank the sales technician (Shelley) explaining our options when we chose our new system, and the two installation technicians (Conrad & Jonathan), they were great, showed up on time, protected our flooring and stairs with suitable runners, were knowledgeable about the equipment and the required work, and cleaned up after themselves....read full review
