We had the team from Harry’s Home Comfort organize, install and run 2 new heat pumps and a new furnace. Ben did a great job explaining the logistics with the installation and completely guided us thru the financial program available for us. It was only 5 days later that Alex and his assistant were at our door ready for the install. In just 2 days the furnace was blowing warm air on the first floor of our heritage home as well as the second and third floors. Ross, owner of Harry’s, called a few days later to ensure all was running well. Kudos to the team!!!

We had such a wonderful experience with Tristan! We purchased a new furnace and heat pump, being first time homeowners we didn’t know anything. He was super knowledgable, informative, patient, and always available when we had questions along the way. We had initially scheduled our installation for April 12, last weekend our furnace broke and we had no heat. I called Tristan on Sunday (mind you this was his day off) and he arranged everything to have the installation moved to Monday (the litteral next day) so we were not without heat. Exceptional customer service, it was easy, quick and efficient. Highly recommend!!
