My technician, Duy, was a godsend when my heater broke down during the coldest day of the month so far. He was punctual and professional with the correct diagnose that solved my heating issue. After the repair was complete, the temperature in my home had quickly returned to my default setting and my family couldn't be happier. Thanks Duy and Francis Home Heating for all your help!
Great service, made the whole process very easy and quick. Duy was the technician that came and serviced my whole home humidifier, as we were having issues. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it in a few minutes. Great experience and service, highly recommend!
Recent events required a furnace replacement / new installation.I have to say that the service I received was both prompt and courteous ......Amazing.From the initial contact with the Service Technician (Terry Metcalfe) and the subsequent appointment the following morning with the Sales Rep (Patrick Jennings (?)) and the Installation Crew (Andrew, Kayne & Kay) that arrived on time both days to install my New Furnace, to ensure that there was heat in the house and then the subsequent visit to install the Heat Pump.The Installation Crew were very professional and made things run smoothly.
