Got home from vacation and discovered I had no hot water. I called reliance and much to my surprise they dispatched a technician who arrived within the hour. The repairman was efficient and very personable. He did an amazing job and explained everything. The employee who took my call was also very exceptional as well.
We received prompt service from Reliance when our furnace stopped working this winter. Call to Reliance was answered quickly without too much wait and the rep was able to schedule the technician to come in the next day itself. The technician Derek was very knowledgeable and patiently diagnosed the problem and took time to explain it to us. He was able to fix the problem quickly and we had heat in the house within 18 hours of reporting the problem to Reliance. He was very professional and thorough with his work. Thank you.
