We had our heat pump installed in Dec 2022, service done in Dec 23. And a small gas pipe repair job. Everytime it was very easy and enjoyable to talk to the people there, be it the receptionist or the tech. Totally satisfied with Ottawa home services. Recommended them to my neighbors
Can’t say enough good things about the technicians that came to my house today.I can home to a cold house on a day that was forecasting a very cold night. I called Ottawa Home services (very professional phone receptionist answered right away) and a technician, Nikolai, was at my house just over half an hour later. He determined the cause of my problems, a broken igniter, and while he didn’t have one that I required he was able to contact another teammate and arrange them to come from the other end of town to effect the repair. The company was able to send someone over right away to assess my furnace problem. Pierre was very knowledgable and ran multiple tests and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Very speedy and reliable service!
