The appointment was moved up because of a cancellation. Balal was very efficient on the cleaning and gave us good advice on our humidifier. It is a relatively new furnace so we weren’t expecting any problems.Service: Heating system installation

Rick Menard Heating & Cooling was highly recommended by several members of the Navan C. C. where the company supports curling. I found that the company responded immediately to my request to install a heat pump. Once the Menard sales rep and the energy audit was done, within months the company booked a date to install the heat pump. Workers arrived at 8:30 am and stayed until 4:30 pm to complete the installation. They cleaned up after the jobs was done and stayed to instruct me regarding using my Nest thermostat to run either the heat pump or the furnace in much colder weather.
