We had a furnace at a rental that failed on a Friday during the January cold snap. Andrew replied to my call on the weekend, analyzed the problem over the phone, and ordered the part that was likely to have failed so he could install it Monday morning.On Monday morning it was installed and fixed the problem, but unfortunately the old furnace had excessive carbon monoxide output and had to be replaced. He scheduled a replacement furnace install for the next day. After that new furnace was installed, it was not putting out enough heat to bring the units up to a comfortable temperature. Such an excellent experience dealing with Service Plus Heating!Andrew was extremely helpful from the time he provided the quote until he finished the installation of our hot water tank.Their prices are very reasonable, and they provided a better warranty than Enercare did.Andrew and Zack were extremely professional and polite. They did a very clean job and ensured we were 100% satisfied before they left. No walls were damaged during the install, and they literally provide a red carpet experience...literally (see pics)!They send a courtesy text a few minutes before arriving to the house so you are not surprised, and they kept their masks on during the entire installation...read full review
